 Complaint

Have you received your goods damaged? 

Send photo documentation of the shipment inside and outside.
Make sure the package label is visible on the image.

Creation of complaint and treatment takes 4-10 working days. The customer has the opportunity to make a claim for a complaint no later than within 5 working days.

    Exchange / return

    You have from the time you receive the product and 14 days ahead the opportunity to exchange your product. However, only in undamaged condition!

    On signed and numbered products there is NO right of return! 

    All postage of return shipments is paid by the customer. Please contact shop@korsbaekvisual.dk with tracking on the shipment so I can track the order. All return shipments should be directed to:

    I refund the amount back to you within 14 days after your cancellation. The product you wish to return must be returned to us within 14 days after your cancellation.

    The product must be in the same condition as when you received it. All costs related to the return will happen on your own account.

    Giftcard and all 100x100 and 100x140 cm posters are special made after your order so Korsbaek Visual do not offer refund on these items.

    Payment will be deducted from your account when the item is being processed. All our orders are produced shortly after you place an order. Our production works according to POD - (Print on Demand) - your order is printed short after it has been completed via the web shop.

    Therefore, you will be able to see that the amount has been pulled from your account relatively shortly after- as your order is already being processed and thus as ongoing.


    I do not refund payments on originals items such as original art, art installations and preorders bought in limited edition series.

    Please notice that I do not accept packages send with COD. If you deny to receive the package you will be returned your purchase amount.
